Blu-Ray release-overzicht: februari Deze maand verschijnt er met de komedies Crazy Stupid Love en Horrible Bosses, de actiekomedie Johnny English Reborn, Michael Bays Transformers: Dark of the Moon (4 disc 3D editie), het vechtdrama Warrior, de Oscartitel Midnight in Paris, Matthijs van Heijningen Jr.'s The Thing, de voortreffelijke animatiefilm The Adventures Of TinTin: The Secret Of The corn (ook in 3D) en de avonturenfilm The Three Musketeers (in 3D + 2D) een flinke reeks grote nieuwe titels in High Definition. Tevens krijgen de Nederlandse titels De Bende Van Oss, Body Language, Patatje Oorlog, Razend en Lotus een Blu-Ray release.

Bij de catalogus titels vallen met name titels op als West Side Story, Legend, Cleopatra, Good Will Hunting en Dune. Ook deze maand geeft Pixar/Walt Disney een reeks mooie animatiefilms uit in 3D: UP en de Toy Story trilogie. Daarnaast verschijnen de twee Lady And The Tramp films en de drie The Lion King films in HD.

Bij de tv-series zijn het de titels Borgia (eerst alleen via Bol.com), Star Trek: The Next Generation - The Next Level: A Tast Of TNG In HD en het Scandinavische The Bridge die in het oog springen. Bij de overige Blu-Ray uitgaven zijn met name TT 3D: Closer To The Edge - The Isle of Man (3D) en de twee seizoenen van Gangland een extra vermelding waard.

Leuk dat Tin Tin eens vroeg op blu ray verschijnt.... Voor mij de disney films van Lady en de Vagebond tot Lion King. En dan nog Horrible Bosses, Crazy; Stupid; Love, Friends with Benefits, Restless, Warrior, Midnight in Paris, de twee Thing films.... en ook Drive aan het einde van februari of begin van volgende maand.

Sowieso Warrior, omdat het gewoon een geweldige film is, maar ik check ook Three Musketeers in 3D, lijkt met net als bijv een Conan gewoon erg vermakelijk en meteen voor een redelijke prijs vergelijkbaar, zodat ik niet via Engelse sites hoef te bestellen.;-)

De serie Borgia (niet te verwarren met The Borgias) al gezien, voor fans van The Tudors en The Borgias een aanrader!
