Hollywood reageert op overlijden Ray Liotta
Via Twitter lieten heel wat bekende sterren van zich horen door een berichtje met mooie woorden te plaatsen. Hieronder zie je er een aantal. Ook via andere kanalen komen er reacties vrij, waaronder van Goodfellas-acteur Robert De Niro.
"Ik was erg bedroefd toen ik hoorde van het overlijden van Ray," zei De Niro in een verklaring. "Hij is veel te jong om ons te verlaten. Moge hij rusten in vrede."
"Dit is een enorme, onverwachte schok," zei David Chase (via Deadline). "Ik ben een bewonderaar van Ray's werk sinds ik hem zag in Something Wild. Ik was zo blij dat hij aan The Many Saints of Newark meewerkte. Ik geloofde in mijn hart dat hij die dubbelrol kon spelen. Ik creëerde twee duidelijk verschillende personages en elke uitvoering was fenomenaal. Ray was een erg warm en humoristisch persoon. Echt een ijzersterk acteur.
