Tot nu toe lijkt het erop dat regisseur Trachtenberg (die ook verantwoordelijk was voor de streaminghit Prey uit 2022) het met zijn aankomende animatieserie weer voor elkaar heeft gekregen.
Liefhebbers krijgen waar ze voor komen
Het immens succesvolle Prey werd beschouwd als een terugkeer naar de vorm van de worstelende franchise. Het vervolg Badlands krijgt daarom een bioscooprelease en ook een nieuwe cross-over met Alien lijkt in aantocht.
Killer of Killers debuteert opnieuw op streaming, maar afgaande op de online reacties is het in alle opzichten een aanrader. De titel wordt geprezen als een stoere, bloederige verwennerij en de animatie is verbluffend op een manier die we nog maar zelden hebben gezien.

Alle tekenen wijzen erop dat er volop easter eggs te vinden zullen zijn. Gaat het verhaal in op de cliffhanger van Prey of zet het de toon voor Badlands? Over een week kunnen we dat (met spoilertag!) vermelden.
