Vorige maand werd duidelijk dat de onbekende nieuwkomer Gemma Arterton een rol zou hebben in de 22e Bond-film, waarvoor de opnames inmiddels al zijn begonnen. Arterton zal echter niet de female-lead spelen, aangezien die, zo werd vandaag onthuld, is weggelegd voor de Oekraïnse actrice Olga Kurylenko (Hitman, The Serpent). Tegelijkertijd werd ook bekendgemaakt welke rol Mathieu Amalric precies zal spelen.

Mathieu in the role of Dominic Greene, a leading member of the villainous organization introduced in Casino Royale, will be a powerful counterpart to Daniel's portrayal of Bond. Olga Kurylenko will play the dangerously alluring Camille, who challenges Bond and helps him come to terms with the emotional consequences of Vesper's betrayal."
