Het boek The Ruins door Scott Smith schijnt een bijzonder spannend boek te zijn. Stephen King, niet de minste natuurlijk, zei hierover "simply the best suspense novel of the year. It will do for vacations in Mexico what JAWS did for beach weekends on Long Island". De Nederlandse release is 17 April.
