De eerste geruchten plaatsten we al in 2005, maar nu is de release eindelijk bekend. Lucasfilm en 20th Century Fox hebben namelijk via een persbericht de releasedatum aan de man gebracht van de 3D versie van de Star Wars film Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.

Lucasfilm Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox announced today that the 3D theatrical launch of Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace now has an official release date February 10, 2012!
