De samenwerking tussen HBO en regisseur Martin Scorsese blijkt nog steeds vruchtbaar, want Scorsese gaat nu een nieuwe documentaire maken over Bill Clinton. In de film ligt de aandacht op Clintons twee termijnen als president van de Verenigde Staten en het werk dat hij daarna heeft verricht. Clinton heeft de makers zijn zegen inmiddels al gegeven.
