David Schwimmer, bekend van de TV-serie Friends, zal zijn debuut als regisseur maken met de romantische komedie "Run, Fat Boy, Run". Zijn enige ervaring tot nu toe zijn enkele episodes van "Friends" en de spin-off "Joey". Acteur Michael Ian Black heeft voor Gold Circle Films het script geschreven (het bedrijf achter de film My Big Fat Greek Wedding). Acteurs zijn nog niet bekend.
