Niemand minder dan Hermione Granger zelf (actrice Emma Watson) en producer David Heyman spraken met het Britse filmblad Empire over de laatste Harry Potter-verfilming: The Goblet of Fire. In het interview kwam vooral naar voren dat film vier de meest 'Britse' en ook de 'grootste' film is uit de reeks.
[eng]"I'd say there are certain things about this film that are more British - the anarchy, and the specific Britishness of the school is highlighted in a way that hasn't been previously filmed by a Mexican or American director, and there are nuances that will be appealing the world over, but are very much British. The fourth one is definitely the biggest of the films so far... we have two new schools; it is a mammoth film. We had to build a tank, for example, and Dan had to film underwater for six weeks." Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire staat onder regie van Mike Newell (Four Weddings and a Funeral). Onder de nieuwe namen valt die van acteur Ralph Fiennes als Lord Voldemort het meest op. Op 17 november dit jaar gaat Potter 4 bij ons in de bioscopen draaien.
