De opnames voor de Marvel-film Black Widow zijn al eventjes onderweg en deze worden naar verwachting in september afgerond. Nu is duidelijk dat er in de film rond het personage van Scarlett Johansson een rol is weggelegd voor een Nederlandse acteur.

En dat is niemand minder dan Olivier Richters, een Nederlands model en bodybuilder met een lengte van maar liefst 2,18 meter. Zijn naam blijkt op de IMDb te staan bij de film. Richters heeft als bijnaam 'The Dutch Giant' en het is vermoedelijk de eerste Nederlandse acteur in een film van Marvel Studios, dit los van het Hollandse tintje in Spider-Man: Far From Home. De naam van zijn rol: "Muscular Gulag Inmate".

Meer rollen
Het lijkt erop dat de Nederlandse reus meer (kleine) filmrollen gaat krijgen komende tijd. Hij is begin volgend jaar al te zien als "Huge Machine Shack Guard" in The King's Man van Matthew Vaughn. Richters heeft zijn aandeel ook bevestigd via Instagram. Black Widow verschijnt begin mei 2020 in de Nederlandse bioscoop!

A lot of you wondered in my last post how I fit in that plane. Well, here it is 😁. I can only sit in a plane like this if there is no seat in front of me, normal seats are 100% impossible or I will block the walking path. Luckily, the stewards always see me coming from far away and are very helpful. During trips like this I always have my @musclemeatnl beef jerky with me.
