Afgelopen weekend werden de jaarlijkse MTV Movie Awards weer uitgereikt, en die werden dit keer voor het eerst ook daadwerkelijk live uitgezonden. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, deel twee dus, werd uitgeroepen tot grote winnaar met de prijzen voor Best Movie en Best Performance (voor hoofdrolspeler Johnny Depp). De presentatie was dit jaar in handen van Sarah Silverman. Hieronder een overzicht van alle winnaars.
