Superman gaat helemaal terug naar het begin
Zack Snyder's film wordt geen remake en het zal niet gebaseerd worden op één van de comics.
Regisseur Zack Snyder begaf zich onlangs in Frankrijk vanwege promotie-activiteiten rondom zijn animatiefilm Legend of the Guardians: the Owls of GaHoole. Een journalist vroeg hem over zijn volgende project, de nieuwe Superman film. De regisseur kon er het volgende over vertellen:
I have not really had time to work on the project. When I finish promoting GaHoole, I could really harness myself. As I have already explained, the film will focus on the early days of Superman, so there will be no links with other films. This is not a remake then. Similarly, although I still cannot talk about the scriptI can assure you that this new Superman will not be based on a comic book in particular.
