Hieronder een eerste echte poster voor het vervolg op de X-Men film Deadpool uit 2016. Op het affiche zien we Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool in een regen kogelhulzen. Je moet het maar lekker vinden. Merc with a Mouth waarschijnlijk wel, mede omdat het een verwijzing is naar de film Flashdance uit 1983.
De trailer voor Deadpool 2, ook met rollen voor personages Cable (Josh Brolin), Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), Weasel (T.J. Miller) en Domino (Zazie Beetz), debuteert naar verwachting op 14 februari. De onderstaande poster werd door Reynolds gedeeld en hij gaf de tekst "Take your passion. And make it happen" mee. De complete film van David Leitch staat gepland voor 17 mei.
De bedenkelijke en weinig onthullende synopsis die is vrijgegeven: After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry's hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor - finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World's Best Lover.
