Avengers: Endgame is gisterenavond tijdens de People's Choice Awards bekroond tot beste film van 2019. Ook in een aantal andere categorieën ging Marvels blockbuster vol superhelden er met de winst vandoor.

Gisterenavond werden in Amerika de jaarlijkse People's Choice Awards uitgereikt. Inmiddels is de volledige lijst met winnaars bekend. De grote winnaar in de filmcategorieën is Avengers: Endgame. Deze film werd niet alleen verkozen tot beste film van het jaar, maar won ook de prijs voor beste actiefilm. Robert Downey Jr. werd bekroond tot beste filmacteur voor zijn aandeel als Iron Man in de film.

Ook Spider-Man: Far From Home deed het erg goed. Tom Holland won de prijs voor beste acteur in een actiefilm en Zendaya deed het nog beter, want zij mocht de award voor beste filmactrice van het jaar mee naar huis nemen.
