Disney deelde op de San Diego Comic-Con posters uit met daarop een afbeelding van Davey Jones, de door Bill Nighy gespeelde heerser van de zeebodem die zijn opwachting maakt in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. Nighy over zijn personage:
