Weve looked at a bunch of conversions, so whether or not we have the time to do it right Im not going to do it if we dont have the time to really be meticulous with it. Its such an awesome piece of work and everyones worked so hard to make it awesome, so I dont want to screw it up with bad 3D.
There are very few vendors out there that are doing [conversions]. There are all these movies that want to be converted and we just havent felt like weve seen that proof yet. Visually, Zacks done an amazing job. Its such a spectacle in and of itself and its so fantastical that it doesnt really need the 3-D.
Dhr. Snyder is overigens niet tegen 3D, aangezien zijn animatiefilm Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole in 3D uitkomt. Hij lijkt echter te waken voor mogelijke kritieken die ook ontstonden naar aanleiding van de 3D conversies bij Clash of the Titans, Alice in Wonderland en het onlangs verschenen The Last Airbender.
