Ondanks dat het wachten is op de eerste trailer is tijdens Comic Con een eerste Red Band clip verschenen van Silent Hill: Revelation 3D van schrijver en regisseur Michael J. Bassett (Solomon Kane, 2009 en Deathwatch, 2002). In de clip uit de opvolger van Silent Hill (2006) zien we een aantal zeer vreemde verpleegsters.
Met rollen voor o.a. Adelaide Clemens, Kit Harington, Sean Bean, Radha Mitchell, Malcolm McDowell, Kit Harington en Carrie-Anne Moss moet Silent Hill: Revelation 3D begin 2013 in de Nederlandse 3D te zien zijn.
De officiële synopsis: Heather Mason and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesnt fully understand, Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by horrific nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers shes not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her forever.
