De volgende Pixar film van Pete Docter zal zich afspelen in de hersenen/gedachten van een jong meisje en zal haar emoties in beeld brengen. Dit zei Disney•Pixar's John Lasseter tegenover Charlie Rose. De nog titelloze Pixar film moet 30 mei 2014 in de bioscoop te zien zijn.

Lasseter: "Pete Docter, from 'Monsters, Inc.' and 'Up,' is doing a new film that takes place inside of a girl's mind and it is about her emotions as characters, and that is unlike anything you've ever seen,"

In een eerder bericht liet Pixar het volgende weten over de toekomstige animatiefilm:
