De Indiase regisseur M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village) zal voor Warner de fantasy-thriller Lady in the Water schrijven en regisseren. Daarin ontdekt een inspecteur van een appartementencomplex dat er in het bijbehorende zwembad een vreemd wezen rondzwemt.

De productie zal in augustus in Philadelphia van start gaan, in juli 2006 moet de film uitkomen.
