USA Today heeft de allereerste blik op de bad guy uit de Fantastic Four sequel: Silver Surfer. De rol van het digitale personage wordt gespeeld door Doug Jones, hij was onder andere in Hellboy te zien als Abe Sapien. Marvels Avi Arad: "He will look somewhere between gun metal and fluid metallics so you can see the body motion, the breathing, the muscle tone, the mood."

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is vanaf 29 augustus in Nederland te zien, de eerste trailer wordt dit weekend verwacht.
